INALA makes it's West End bebut
An exhilarating fusion of South African and Western cultures culminates in an explosion of music, song and dance. After two sell-out runs at Sadler’s Wells, the Grammy Award nominated INALA makes it’s West End debut at The Peacock. Created to celebrate 20 years of democracy in South Africa, INALA (meaning “abundance of goodwill” in Zulu) blends visceral dance with intricate rhythms of Zulu tradition to deliver a powerfully uplifting live experience.

Great dance and singing, a great combination and celebration of western dance and African culture.

Set design, musicians, dancers, singers .... at a high level .... it is thoughtful ... touching ... and yet optimistic .... gospel and dance in a performance complement each other...a wonderfull evening

Great performers, great performance, great venue. Not only was the music and the dance beautifully performed,It seemed to me that the size of the venue kept everyone very engaged and entertained. I didn't see any obstructed views anywhere. Highly recommend

The singing and dancing was wonderful. The fusion of both the Zulu, music, singing and dancing with the ballet was magical . I and my friends loved it and left feeling inspired. Thanks

This was a stunning show. I wasn't really sure what to expect from the combination of the choir and the ballet but it was beautifully done - a definite must see performance.

Soweto Gospel Choir fantastic, powerful, generous performers. Some of the dance/ballet fitted well but I didn’t think it added much. Choreography was not very interesting overall and a lot of the more balletic style didn’t match the music and robust style of the choir. And those bird helmets and the boys’ skirts - ridiculous. In summary, loved the music, singing but could have done without the dance. (I speak as a dance lover).
