I did not pay much for Balcony sits , however for a play/musical that last more than 2 hrs , sits should be more comfortable. Where I sat ( Balcony) either sits and leg room were too tight, I had pins and needles from time to time. Play could last 30min less to be just great

Interesting stage presentation which was so different it tended to take my mind off the music which is why I went! Queen of the night had a weak voice and hit some flat notes. Just very poor. Is that why she didn’t appear at the curtain call?

Incredible singing, acting and presentation. Set dressing very innovative. Music played wonderfully and with the added bonus of the Schools initiative. Wish I could come more often but budget does not allow! Shame

I really liked the creativity shown on the production side of this complex opera. Despite the fact that it was led by the need of costs savings, it was done in such an effective way that the spectators were able to follow through easily the plot and also pick on some of the main characteristics of the Enlightenment. Show was great but the venue, London Coliseum has some weird policies like you can carry multiple glasses of wine into the theatre but you can't take a coffee cup with a lid!!!! I'm a non drinker and had to sit next to a guy who drank alcohol all the way through the 2:50 running time but I wasn't allow to take my coffee in with me, I just don't get it.

My wife and I are great fans of theatre and the living arts, and now are introducing our grandchildren this world to show them more in life, and last night was a resounding success as they enjoyed it all so much, and are looking forward to our next experience of non digital entertainment. many thanks Ken smith

Honestly, I could not feel the anger from the Queen’s voice, failing my expectation.

Lovely place to go, the Coliseum....ticket ready and waiting.....friendly, helpful staff...restaurant looked good and prices reasonable. Not a great opera fan but went because I’d been in a production of The Magic Flute in school....enjoyed it more than the usual operas which tend to bore me...I actually laughed in this production....no expert but it seemed an excellent production...innovative....liked the fact they’re working to encourage youngsters to come along
