Groan Ups Tickets

London Play
Groan Ups Mischief Theatre's newest show has come to the West End's Vaudeville Theatre!
From the parents of THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG comes a brand-new comedy all about growing up. Are we the same people at 30 as we were at 13? Does school life determine our future? Do we ever grow out of our school crush? Playing an unruly classroom of kids and anarchic high school teenagers, through to the aches and pains of adulthood, the original Mischief company are back in the West End with their first new play since 2016. Term starts 20 September at the Vaudeville Theatre. This is a lesson not to be skipped!

The 1sthing and end parts were good, felt the 2nd part when they were teenagers and bit weak. The end part was very funny.

Slapstick which is not my sense of good humor. It did not even trigger a smile. I walked out about half way.

Loved the show, well done to all involved. Great cast, loads of laughs and some touching scenes too. Second time seeing this cast and they didn't disappoint. Good luck with the outstanding show and thanks for a great night.

Brilliant comedy and pitched just right for my 14 year old Grandson. Lovely theatre.

Very funny play, the way their use the decor to suit the age group they're portraying is brilliant!

This play made me laugh out loud several times. It's very funny. The stagecraft and writing are good, and this company always has a fresh, friendly approach which makes the performance so much more appealing. Great added value at the end, too, with a surprise performance. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Not what was expected from this set of comedy actors

Very basic and primitive humour. I really enjoyed The Play That Goes Wrong, but this one - I had to walk out in the middle of the show. It was really bad. My teenage son thought exactly the same.

Cleverly written and staged, superbly performed but most of all very, very funny. Highly recommended.

Once again the team delivered a bellyful of laughter at frantic pace.

    Had higher expectations sorry.

I have watched all the other productions and was disappointed with this one. The dynamism in the other ones, I loved them. I took my guests to the show and told them we are going to laugh the whole time, apart from the 5-10 mins in the second half where things go wrong ( the niche of the other shows) it was mostly cringe worthy. The lobster/walrus was unnecessary.
