We thought this show was excellent. We had previously seen The Play That Goes Wrong and knowing that our children would appreciate the humour we took them to see this show. It was very funny and we were very impressed by the revolving stage set up and how that became an integral part of 'things going wrong'. We are already looking forward to The Comedy About A Bank Robbery - keep up the good work Mischief Theatre!

If you enjoyed The Play That Went Wrong, then you will enjoy this. The same sort of format but different enough to enjoy. The cast work so hard and it is all so clever. Well done to all involved.

Absolutely brilliant. Just what we need in these troubled times. Bravo to all the actors and stage crew.

Hilarious comedy. Such innocent slap-stick fun, suitable for all ages.

I love this theatre company. Some parts were hysterical. I preferred The Play that Goes Wrong but that's the only reason why it's 4 for this and 5 for that. I'll definitely be going to the next one

I laughed from beginning to end. The cast are very talented with superb timing. I think I enjoyed it even more than the Play that went Wrong. Looking forward to their next production.

Not quite as good as 'The play that goes wrong' Lost some pace towards the end of the second act particularly in the extended roundabout chase scene on the revolving stage. Could have been halved. But nevertheless a great Christmas show. Captain Hook's interaction with the audience was superb.

We laughed so much, this should be available on prescription!! Well done to everyone involved.

Music was far too loud before the start of the play my husband had to take his hearing aids out as it was hurting his ears, that really spoilt the show for him. Other than that the usual chaos reigned, highly amusing cleverly thought out.

Really good fun show and great for all the family

  • Review Avatar Dec 6, 2015

Exceedingly funny, only slight downside the pre- show exchanges between the actors and audience were generally inaudible due to pre show music being very loud

Laughed from start to finish! We didn't think they could improve on the Play that goes wrong but how wrong were we! Really looking to their next production and booking our seats!
